How long will my order take to be posted?

Once payment is received, your order will be shipped within 3 days via AusPost Express from Mossman, Australia. You will receive Tracking info by email. Delivery time is 1-14 days within Australia. Delivery time is up to 6 weeks for International shipping.

How are shipping rates calculated? 

Shipping is via AusPost Express and is calculated by size & shipping zone. Your orders are carefully packaged in lightweight, compostable, eco friendly boxes.

Lost or incorrectly addressed parcels.

Packages lost in transit are out of my hands. All orders have tracking numbers, it is your responsibility to track your package and follow through with your local service provider in the case of a lost package. Check shipping address is correct when purchasing. Write full name, house/apt./unit number, street name, suburb/town, state, postcode/zip code, and country. If parcel is returned due to invalid address you will receive an email. If no response I will cancel and refund your order excluding postage.

Damaged items.

If your purchase is damaged during shipping, take photos within 24 hours of package arriving. This includes packaging and product, and send via email to yantraherbs@gmail.com. A replacement will be posted to you free of charge.

Refunds & returns.

Refunds of purchases are not available for ‘change of heart’ yet may be offered in certain circumstances. The shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Returns & exchanges are not accepted unless due to a fault in the product that happened in the creative process, or you have received the wrong order. If your product is defective, or not what you ordered, take photos within 24 hours of package arriving. This includes packaging and product. Send with your concerns via email to yantraherbs@gmail.com. A replacement will be posted to you free of charge.
